One hour, one project: Parsley shorts

I have made these shorts few months ago, but I never had the chance to take a picture and post them. A. has worn them a lot this winter and I happy when I make something that is also wearable in the everyday life.

The pattern is super easy to sew, these shorts took me very little time. I have made a 2T size for my two years old daughter and they fit perfectly without alterations. I have shortened the original pattern following this tutorial http://www.made-by-rae.com/2013/06/how-to-make-shorts-from-a-pants-pattern/. I didn’t add any pocket to keep it fast, even if now she is in the age when she wants to put every little object in the pockets. Next time I need to spend a little more time to sew those pockets and make her smile :)

To conclude, I love this pattern and I have already used it some many times (I will post soon). It is good for girls and boys, depending on the fabric choice and little details. I like it because is simple.
