The last days of a summer that went by way too fast.
PATTERN
The pattern is Louise top, Republique du Chiffon. I wanted to sew something for me, but I didn’t have time to do something complicated, so I have choosen to sew this top. It is beginner friendly and the result is amazing. I cut a size 36. It is a bit tight on the breast, but I am still breastfeeding, I am sure it will be perfect once I will be back to my usual size. No modifications at all.
FABRIC
The fabric is white silk mixt jacquard, bought from Supercut. I had just 50 cm and it was enough for the top. I have completely lined the top with some white cotton, since it was a bit transparent. The quality of this fabric is amazing.

Sorry, computer playing up. This is lovely!! I really like the fabric you’ve used and the little overlay at the top. You’ve reminded me I’ve a similar pattern in a Great British Sewing Bee book that I should really make up. That’s brilliant you got it out so little fabric as well!

It is a perfect pattern for this little coupon that lay in the stash. The pattern call for 70 cm, but if you line the overlay and straps with another fabric, 50 cm are enough
