One hour, one project: raglan dress

Maybe you remember the “girotondo” I have made for my daughter last summer. She worn it so much, but she grew and it became a bit too short for winter. So I have made a new one, with a heavier knit fabric and long sleeves.

I really like this pattern because is a basic. From it you can create plenty of variations, following trends, taste and needs. One thing I am trying now is to buy more of these kind of patterns because you can use them several times, in particular for children patterns.

To transform it in a dress I have just cropped the original pattern and added a rectangle, that I have gathered to made the skirt. Easy! A tutorial?
